The July issue of game magazine Game Informer has an exclusive look at the upcoming Max Payne 3, the third entry to the bullet-time action adventure series, and Max looks a little worse for wear.

Seemingly having let himself go over the (twelve) years since the events of Max Payne 2, Max no longer sports his slick hairdo seen in the previous outings, now having let his facial hair run wild instead.

The Max Payne series has always been hailed for its mature-themed stories, and Max Payne 3, by the looks of the new Max, will be no different. The game has a release window of Winter this year, on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
